General Information
Our agency provides excellent general nursing staff to the east and outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We have extremely high standards and aim to meet and exceed our facilities expectations of service.
We care about our facilities and the nurses equally.

Recruiting
We recruit nursing staff who are trained, or training in a minimum level 3 certificate in Aged Care, and RN Division 1 and 2 nurses.
And
 They must have provided 2 suitable references to verify the on the job experience.

Staff assessments
We ask our facilities to randomly assess our staff on the job. We will instigate appraisals on occasions. This forms part of the agency agreement that is signed when the staff member commences employment.
We encourage the feed back about our staff. We ask that the feed back is as constructive as possible as we can assess training requirements from this information. This also gives us the opportunity to give someone praise for a job well done.
